GovGuides™ - Certified Government Application Advisor
Full-time / Contract • Remote & Border-City Offices
Guide individuals, newcomers, and businesses through Canadian and U.S. government applications - IRCC, USCIS, GCJobs, USAJobs, CRA, IRS, grants, and benefits.
What You'll Do
- Deliver 1-on-1 consultations on immigration, jobs, grants, and tax filings
- Review and prepare client applications before official portal submission
- Build tailored action plans and document checklists per client case
- Stay current on IRCC, USCIS, CRA, and IRS policy changes
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in immigration, public sector, or government-adjacent consulting
- Fluency in English; French or Spanish is a strong asset
- Strong written communication and case-management discipline
- Certified or willing to complete GovPrepare™ advisor certification
Local Community Outreach Personnel
Part-time / Full-time • On-site in local communities
Be the trusted local face of GovPrepare™ - connect newcomers, seniors, and small businesses with the government programs they qualify for.
What You'll Do
- Host community info sessions and pop-up clinics in your region
- Help residents discover grants, benefits, and job programs they qualify for
- Refer clients to certified GovGuides™ for application support
- Build relationships with local NGOs, libraries, and settlement agencies
What We're Looking For
- Deep roots in your local community (Canada or USA)
- Comfortable speaking in public and at community events
- Bilingual or multilingual is a strong advantage
- Reliable transportation for local in-person sessions

Coffee in hand, you review the day's client cases - a newcomer family's IRCC application, a small business owner's grant, and a senior's benefits renewal.
1-on-1 client sessions
You guide clients through their applications, build document checklists, and answer questions in plain language - no jargon, just clarity.
Wrap up with impact
You send communication to clients and ensure they have a way forward. That's a real family helped before you log off.
